I certainly could not fault you on your customer service, above and beyond springs to mind. Friendly knowledgeable staff, very flexible - nothing was too much trouble. Delivery to your chalet is just fab and such a great USP.
Equipment, I thought the standard of my skis and my son's was excellent.
We were very pleased with the drop off and collection service. The Tignes Spirit team couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and brought a wide choice of good quality equipment with them. They were on time which was a real help and eased the whole process of arrival and departure.
Cannot fault Tignes Spirit for responding to a rental request early evening pre-season.
Skis were delivered and fitted within an hour of enquiry, by people very knowledgeable about the equipment, skiing and the resort.
Spirit equally efficient on pick up at end - always gave clear communication and met their commitments.

Booking online was very easy and the website was very clear but where you excelled was your customer service. Your communications were informative and helpful.
Delivery at 9pm so that our party could get skis and boots enabling us to hit the slopes for first thing in the morning demonstrated that you are prepared to go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service.
